This Privacy Policy explains how Cordo AI (“Cordo”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and product.

1. Information we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, organisation), content you create in Cordo (contacts, campaigns, messages), and, when you connect an integration, data from that service needed to provide the feature. We also collect basic usage and device data.

2. How we use information

To provide and improve Cordo's features, secure the service, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Google user data and Limited Use

When you connect Gmail or other Google services, Cordo accesses only the data needed for the features you enable (for example, reading and sending email on your behalf to track and draft follow-ups).

Cordo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in Cordo.
  • We do not transfer or sell Google user data for advertising, marketing, or other purposes.
  • We do not use Google user data to train generalised AI or ML models.
  • Humans do not read Google user data unless you give consent for specific support, for security, to comply with law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymised.

4. How we share information

We share data with service providers (sub-processors) who help us run Cordo under contract, and where required by law. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

5. Data retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and revoked when you disconnect an integration.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and tenant isolation. See our security overview.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise them.
